Course Price

Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel a class up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. A $25 administrative fee will apply for cancellations initiated by the student.

No refunds will be issued once the class has started or after rescheduling. Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice ("No Call, No Show") will not qualify for any refund.

Approved refund requests are processed within 7 business days. Submit requests within 60 days of payment. Refunds will be mailed by check to the provided address.

Expired Card

Students with expired certification cards are encouraged to enroll in the full provider course. However, those with cards expired for less than 6 months may opt for the renewal course, provided the following conditions outlined by the American Heart Association are met:

• • The expired card must be presented at the time of the class.

• • Both the written and skills tests must be passed on the first attempt. Remediation is not allowed. Failure to pass both tests will require enrollment in the full provider course at an additional cost.

• • Full provider course fees are required.
